Austin Lair is the Chief Operating Officer of Proper Realty Group. With over eight years of experience in investment real estate, he focuses on sourcing opportunities and helping investors successfully acquire properties across the Austin market.

Austin has personally invested in fix and flip projects, new construction builds, and commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, he has facilitated the acquisition and sale of more than 150 investment opportunities, representing nearly $100 million in real estate transactions for investors and development projects.
